Comprehensive assessments: differential diagnosis of mental health conditions such as ADHD, mood, anxiety, PTSD & personality disorders.
We conduct WSIB & VA assessments. We do not assess for learning disabilities or ASD.

We use encrypted video platforms to protect your privacy- you can join directly through a link sent by email.
Yes. All sessions follow strict privacy and ethical guidelines, including secure video platforms and encrypted communication, just like in-person therapy.
Online therapy is effective for most concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, and sleep difficulties; however, some situations—such as acute safety concerns or complex trauma with dissociation—may require in-person services to best meet needs.
It’s possible to book a single session, and if for some reason you prefer in-person sessions, you could switch or a referral can be arranged if you are in another geographical area. People attending in-person sessions can also switch to virtual sessions if plans change or the weather is bad.
