A referral is not needed. Just contact us and we will guide you by answering any questions you have and offering appointment options. You can usually start within a week or two, depending on your schedule.

Are psychological services covered by OHIP? How much do they cost?

Psychological services are not covered by OHIP, however, most extended health benefit plans cover psychology. The cost is lower than many psychology service rates and is between $215 and $225, with some lower fee options available.

What’s the difference between psychological services and psychotherapy or therapy or counselling?

Psychologists are regulated by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPBAO).
